How the coating works
Under intense solar radiation, roof surfaces can reach temperatures of over 80 °C. The ceramic thermal coating reflects a significant portion of the solar radiation and thereby noticeably reduces the surface temperature.
This reduction in thermal load has a positive effect on heat transfer into the building and can tangibly improve comfort in the rooms below – especially on hot summer days.
Note: The greatest effect unfolds during the warm season. In many applications, the summer benefit clearly outweighs any minor effect in winter.
